  We had an issue on 12/26 and James came out. He checked our system and said nothing was wrong. I called James to come back out today (12/29). We were having the same issues are previously reported. He looked in the attic at the air handler as well as the outside unit. He stated we needed a new capacitor, a variable speed motor and a contacter. Our quick fix price was $2000. Our replace the whole system price was $6000 which was knocked down to $5500. The system is only five years old and I wanted to get the opinion of the company that installed it as well. James informed us they would not have registered the units so there would have only been a one year warranty. I was able to get a hold of Randolph's and they sent someone out. Not only was my system registered but it was still under warranty. The total cost for Randolph's was $129. All they replaced was the contactor and the capacitor under warranty and I paid for a service call. James from Mr. Kool Man was very nice but I feel like he was just trying to sell us a new system without checking on warranties and such. I found out the system is registered under my name and address and any company could have found this information out. Mr. Kool Man, please have your service techs check this information out for future customers. We literally saved thousands of dollars by making an extra phone call.

  Mr. Kool Man has great customer service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and were very respectful of my home. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their AC looked at. I know I can call them anytime if something is wrong and they come right away. Im so pleased with their services.
